I Know My Rights - Children's Script
These card designs were created in collaboration with Michael Kielsky, an attorney at Udall Shumway PLC in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as the former Chairman of the Arizona Libertarian Party and a candidate for Congress.

Public officials are bound by the Constitution, including school teachers and administrators, and children are encouraged to carry these cards at all times, including school.
Parents are encouraged to practice reading the script with their children to build their confidence.
Check your state and local laws, as well as school district policies, for consistency with the Bill of Rights. Many schools employ policies that are in direct violation of our civil liberties, but are challenged infrequently, usually only following a public incident. Preemptive activism can prevent unnecessary violations of children's rights in the future.
These cards are not a replacement for the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Our pocket editions are available online.
